What is the Trivia Master Program?
Trivia Wars has established the Trivia Masters Program to build up the quality of each category in our site. With over 500 categories and growing every day we are looking for dedicated and qualified "Trivia Masters" in each of these categories to assist us in making our Trivia Game and Web Site the best entertainment on the Net.
What are the qualifications to become a Trivia Master?
First and foremost you must be an expert in the category you wish to handle. You must know "everything" there is to know about the category, you must always keep up on the stars, information and events surrounding the category. We are looking for very passionate people and ones that will dedicate a two to 10 hours or so a month maintaining the category here on Trivia Wars.
What's the benefit of being a Trivia Master?
The benefit is in the fact that you will be responsible in building your category's level of quality and enjoyment up so that all that play will be totally entertained and challenged. Your name will be "up in lights" on the category page as we want to give credit where credit is due. You will be able to prove your intelligence and expertise to the world and be partly responsible for the entertainment of tens of thousands of game players out on the net.
What tasks does the Trivia Master have to do?
- The number one responsibility is to grow the database of questions for that category. By you adding expert/quality questions into your category you will enhance the game play for that category dramatically. Our return players love to keep seeing new and challenging questions come up.
- You will have "TRIVIA MASTER EDITING POWER" into our database to edit submitted questions and correct all errors when reported. Some of our categories have just a hand full of live questions, some have hundreds. We want to build up the number and specially the quality of each category to hundreds of questions.
- You will be able to keep the visitors informed using our "DID YOU KNOW" section as you will be able to post information that you feel is worthy to be included in that section on your category page.
- You will be able to add in relevant links to sites all over the net relating to your category.
How do I become a Trivia Master?
To become a Trivia Master you will need to put in your application requesting a specific category. Along with your application you will need to add at least 25 quality questions (the more question written the better chance you have in becoming a Trivia Master as we value initiative greatly) into the category you wish to become a Trivia Master. Each question added into the Trivia Wars system is tracked as to the author (game player) and date written. Please email us when you have completed your first 25 questions. We will then review your application and closely look at your submitted questions to see if you are in fact an expert in the category and that you have the talent and skill to write well-thought and well-written questions. We will then review all applicants and contact the leading candidates for each category to do an "email interview" to help us make our decision. We will then send out our Trivia Master Training Manual so you can learn exactly how to do the things necessary to build up your category.
Please Note: Being a Trivia Master is a volunteer job without any pay (at this time). All material on the Trivia Wars Web Site is sole property of Web Marketing Services. We may revoke Trivia Master Status at any time based on our sole discretion of suitability, quality or lack of performance.
